LOS ANGELES, California - October 15, 2004 - Tropico de Nopal Gallery-Art Space announces its 5th annual Ofrendas 2004 - Dia de Muertos / Day of the Dead Altar-Installations, and its second year Calavera Fashion Show inviting five southern California artists in a cross of generations and art backgrounds. With Chicano-California-centric icons and images seasoned artists Gilbert Magu Lujan, David Avalos, Maria E. Castro, Margaret Sosa and Ofelia Esparza will fill the walls, floor and ceiling of the gallery with their personal interpretations and offerings.
